SAN FRANCISCO (12/22/2017) – ReferralMD is proud to announce a partnership with Neighborcare Health of Seattle. Neighborcare Health will implement ReferralMD’s leading enterprise referral management and econsult platform to streamline and standardize their referral process.
With ReferralMD, Neighborcare Health will streamline all referral communication and reduce the dependency on spreadsheets and faxes with the goal to close the feedback loop with external receiving providers.
Previously, Neighborcare’s staff would manually fax outbound referrals to community specialty providers and rarely receive any updates to the status of their patients. In order for Neighborcare Health to properly participate with the future care of their patients, they needed to be kept in the loop and be notified in real-time of the status of their patients. ReferralMD accomplishes this goal.
